White fish with cocoa nibs and coffee crust served with roasted vegetables and a red wine reduction
Mole Poblano Chicken
Chicken cooked in a traditional Mexican mole sauce made with chocolate and chili peppers served with tomato rice

Chocolate-Infused Risotto

short ribs braised in chocolate, red wine demi, served with garlic mashed potatoes

Chocolate and Raspberry Mille-Feuille
Puff pastry with chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar
Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
Torte made with layers of chocolate and hazelnut, topped with a glossy chocolate ganache and gold leaf
